Systems installed by Binkley Alarm:
Binkley Alarm warrants all installations for one
(1) year from the date of installation. In a case
where any part of the work contracted by Binkley
Alarm may not be completed due to others said
warranty will begin upon the completion of the
work to that date. Binkley Alarm warrants
against defects in products and installation.
Binkley Alarm does not warrant against physical
abuse, acts of God, user error or consumable
products such as but not limited to batteries,
printer ribbon and ink cartridges.
Any
repairs, alterations, additions or tampering with
equipment or programming of any system or
equipment installed by Binkley Alarm by anyone
other than an authorize representative of Binkley
Alarm will void any and all warranties.
Any
product that is returned due to a change order may
be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Special order
products are not returnable unless the supplier is
willing to except the return from Binkley Alarm.
Items
such as batteries and other consumable products
may not be returned.
Systems Serviced or Repaired By Binkley Alarm:
Binkley Alarm warrants service and repairs for 90
days from the date of service. Return trips to
continue work on the same item or repair will not
be charged a show-up charge if in the local
service area and within a one week period or
otherwise arranged with the service manager.
Binkley alarm does not warrant equipment including
cable and wiring that have been installed by
anyone other than Binkley Alarm.
Products purchased from Binkley Alarm showroom
(office):
items purchased at
Binkley Alarms showroom (office) are subject to
the same guidelines as items purchased online with
the exception that the items may be hand delivered
to Binkley Alarm and picked up from Binkley Alarm.
Online Purchases:
Equipment purchased online is warranted by the
manufacture and not by Binkley Alarm. If repairs
are needed the customer is to ship the product to
Binkley Alarm who will in turn return the product
to the manufacture or supplier for repair or
replacement. Any charges incurred will be the
responsibility of the customer and must be paid
for prior to product being shipped back to the
customer.
Returns must be authorized by Binkley Alarm within
30 days of purchase.
Customer must receive prior authorization in the
form of a Return Authorization number in order to
return a product to Binkley Alarm. Binkley Alarm
will charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
Special order products are not returnable unless
the supplier is willing to except the return from
Binkley Alarm. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
Binkley Alarm's return policy for online purchases
is as follows. All
returns must be returned in the original
packaging. Original packaging must be in the same
condition as it was when shipped to the customer
and without any tears or damage of any kind. All
returned product must be in new and operable
condition and without any scars or damage of any
kind. When customer ships product back to Binkley
Alarm it must be in a second box with the Return
Authorization number written on the exterior as
well as on a piece of paper on the inside of the
shipping box (not inside the product box). Customer is
responsible for product until it is received in
good condition by Binkley Alarm. All shipping
charges are the responsibility of the customer.
